The Construction Pollution Control and Toll Information System has been updating at 10/31/2003, and held three times of technical training. The draft of Regulations Governing the Management of Construction Air Pollution Control Installations has been made and held four times discussions. The regulations concerning air pollution control fee about small channels or ducts type will be re-edited in this year.
